Creative Director for Double Eye Enterprises

The Creative Director of Double Eye Enterprises will be responsible for the overall creative vision and execution of all marketing and advertising campaigns for the company. This includes developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity, creating marketing materials, and overseeing the work of a small, cross-collaborative team of creative professionals. The Creative Director must be able to think strategically, creatively, and have a strong understanding of both the community of small creators which they serve and the creative industry at large as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity
• Create marketing materials, such as website designs, print ads, and social media campaigns
• Oversee the work of a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and cinematographers
• Work with other departments, like Public Engagement and Special Projects, to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with business goals
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
• Present creative work to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in advertising or marketing
• Strong portfolio of creative work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Expected Salary:
$46,982 – $74,629
